The housing support project applies to single-family houses, multi-unit houses, and public (rental) houses, and supports up to 3.0 kw per household and 30 kw per dong or less for multi-unit housing. The owner or prospective owner of an existing or newly built house can apply for a detached house and for an apartment house, the resident representative of an existing apartment building or the owner or representative of a resident of a public house under construction can apply.
